Erika is a resourceful and innovative professional with over three decades of experience across the Australian mining and oil and gas industries.  As a Chartered Accountant, Erika has proven success in a wide variety of assurance related activities including contract, joint venture and production sharing audits.  A natural communicator with a strong ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships, Erika brings a great deal of focus on detail and extensive experience in third party contract audits to each engagement.    

 

Prior to joining our team, Erika worked for Woodside Energy managing their contract and joint venture audit program and most recently, leading the Social Licence team. A key aspect of leading the Social Licence team was to ensure effective implementation and delivery of the contracting and procurement objectives as they related to Local Content, Indigenous Procurement and Modern Slavery across the supply chain that encompassed in excess of 3,000 suppliers with an annual average spend in excess of $US3 billion.  

 

Responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of the joint venture and contract audit program in Australia and internationally, Erika led international contract and joint venture audit teams, effectively navigating language and cultural differences. Erika also Chaired the Contract Audit Steering Group overseeing settlement and resolution of audit findings. Erika has a track record on both sides of the audit process, having represented Operators as well as Non-Operators.
